Summary
This study looked at whether having older adults pay attention to how their memory changes throughout the day can improve their confidence in their memory and actual memory performance. 188 adults aged 65-80 who were worried about their memory participated. The goal was to see if noticing memory variability could reduce the stress of forgetfulness.
