First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether having older adults (ages 65-80) pay attention to how their memory changes throughout the day can improve how they feel about their memory and their actual memory performance. Participants tracked memory lapses and successes over time. The goal was to see if this awareness reduces stress and negative beliefs about aging and memory.
