NCT ID NCT03949868
First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looked at whether having older adults (ages 65-80) pay attention to how their memory changes throughout the day can improve their confidence in their memory and actual memory performance. Participants tracked memory lapses and rated their stress. The goal was to see if noticing natural ups and downs reduces the belief that memory decline is inevitable.
