Scalp implant could unlock better epilepsy care

Summary
This study tests a small device placed under the scalp that records brain activity in people with epilepsy whose standard tests were unclear. About 210 adults with drug-resistant epilepsy will either get the device or continue usual care. The goal is to see if the device helps doctors make better treatment decisions faster.
