First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study looks at whether following the MIND diet—a mix of Mediterranean and DASH diets—can improve brain health and reduce symptoms like fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). About 100 adults with MS will either follow the MIND diet for one year or continue their usual eating habits. Researchers will track changes in a blood marker of nerve damage and use surveys to measure fatigue and other symptoms.
