Can meditation ease the burden for young cancer patients?
NCT ID NCT04270266
Summary
This study is testing whether a mind-body program, focused on meditation, can help young adults (ages 18-39) recently diagnosed with lymphoma feel better. It aims to see if the program reduces distress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms, and improves overall quality of life. Participants are randomly assigned to either a 5-week meditation group or a 5-week educational group to compare the effects.
