Can meditation ease the mental burden of cancer for young adults?

NCT ID NCT04270266

Summary

This study is testing whether a meditation-based program can help young adults (ages 18-39) who were recently diagnosed with lymphoma feel better mentally and improve their overall quality of life. Participants are randomly assigned to either a 5-week meditation group or a 5-week educational group to compare the effects. The main goal is to see if the meditation program is practical to run and if it helps reduce distress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms.
