Summary

This study tests whether mind-body techniques can reduce symptoms like pain, fatigue, and dizziness in people with Long COVID. About 180 adults will be randomly assigned to a mind-body program, a different mind-body approach, or usual care. The goal is to see if these techniques improve daily functioning and ease discomfort.
