Summary
This study tested whether millet seed extract capsules could help women with a type of temporary hair loss called telogen effluvium. Sixty women took either the millet extract or a standard biotin supplement for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in hair growth using special scalp photos and checked for side effects.
