Summary
This study tested whether millet seed extract capsules can reduce hair shedding in women with telogen effluvium, a temporary form of hair loss. Sixty women took either the millet extract or a biotin supplement daily for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in hair growth using special scalp photography and checked for side effects.
