Summary
This study tests if milk thistle, an herbal supplement, can improve fatty liver disease in children and teens. About 20 participants aged 9 to 22 will take milk thistle and have their liver health checked via blood tests and scans. The goal is to find a treatment that is easier to stick with than strict diet and exercise.
