VA tests new brain training to help veterans with mild TBI think clearer

Summary

This study looks at whether a personalized cognitive training program can improve attention, thinking, and emotional well-being in Veterans with mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). About 65 Veterans with ongoing cognitive problems will either receive the training or standard care. The goal is to see if real-life improvements are linked to changes in brain function.
