Summary

This study looked at how galcanezumab, a newer migraine prevention drug, affects the brain in people with chronic migraine. Researchers used MRI scans to measure changes in brain structure over time. The goal was to learn whether the drug works inside or outside the brain, helping to improve future treatments. 64 adults with chronic migraine took part.
