First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether adding progressive muscle relaxation training to aerobic exercise helps people with migraine feel better. 44 adults with migraine were split into two groups: one did both relaxation and exercise, the other did exercise only. Researchers measured pain, disability, quality of life, mood, and walking ability to see if the extra relaxation made a difference.
