First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tested whether a medicine called SPN-538 could prevent migraines in children aged 6 to 11. The goal was to see if it reduced the number of migraine days each month. However, the study was stopped early, so we don't have clear results on how well it worked or its safety.
