Nerve zap for migraine: can it calm an overactive brain?

NCT ID NCT07343427

Summary

This study is observing if a treatment called pulsed radiofrequency, applied to a nerve at the back of the head, can help people with migraines. It will follow 100 adults with migraines to see if the treatment reduces their overall pain sensitivity, skin tenderness during attacks, and how much migraines disrupt their lives. The main goal is to gather information on how this treatment might work, not to test if it's definitively better than other options.
