First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests whether an online program called Migraine Manager can help teens ages 11 to 17 with migraines have fewer headache days. About 160 teens will be split into two groups: one using the tool and one receiving general health information. The program focuses on building healthy habits like drinking enough water, eating regular meals, exercising, and sleeping well. Researchers will track headache days and quality of life for up to a year.
