Midwife sessions aim to calm pregnancy fears

Summary
This study tests whether one-on-one sessions with a midwife can lower anxiety in pregnant women. About 80 women with high pregnancy-related anxiety will attend 4-6 sessions to learn about childbirth, pain relief, relaxation, and birth planning. The goal is to help women feel more in control and less fearful.
