Summary
This study compares two ways to clean chronic skin wounds: using a surgical microscope or just the naked eye. About 98 adults with wounds from injuries, diabetes, or pressure sores will take part. The goal is to see which method leads to faster healing, less pain, and better drainage in the first week after treatment.
