First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether microcurrent therapy, a treatment that uses very low-level electrical pulses, can reduce pain and improve quality of life in people with fibromyalgia. About 50 adults with fibromyalgia will either receive the real microcurrent treatment or a placebo device. The goal is to see if patients can safely use the device at home alongside their usual pain management.
