Hidden heart risk in dialysis patients under the microscope

NCT ID NCT07608679

First seen May 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at why dialysis patients often have heart problems that are hard to detect. Researchers will use a special heart test during a routine procedure to check for tiny blood vessel issues in 30 adults who have been on dialysis for at least 6 months. The goal is to find out how common these hidden problems are and learn more about heart disease in this group.
