Summary
This study follows 120 college freshmen for one year to see how vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore diets affect body weight, fat, and the bacteria in their gut and mouth. Participants provide saliva, stool, urine, and blood samples to track changes. The goal is to understand how different eating patterns shape health and the microbiome.
