Summary
This study looked at whether children who grow up on farms, and are exposed to more microbes, have fewer severe colds, breathing problems, and allergies. Researchers tracked 290 children aged 4 to 12, including farm kids and city kids with or without asthma. The goal was to understand how early microbial exposure affects immune health and illness severity.
