NCT ID NCT07406594
First seen Feb 26, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at how the bacteria in your gut change when you take Verzenio (abemaciclib) for breast cancer, and whether those changes are linked to stomach issues like diarrhea. About 12 adults with hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer will provide stool samples and answer symptom questionnaires from home. The goal is to learn more so doctors can better manage side effects in the future.
