Summary

This study tested whether miconazole oil can cure fungal ear infections (otomycosis). 112 adults with ear fungus received either the drug or a placebo for 14 days. Neither the doctors nor the participants knew who got the real treatment. After two weeks, doctors checked if the infection was gone. The goal was to see if miconazole oil works better than a placebo.
