First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called mibavademab in 34 women with Functional Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (FHA), a condition where the brain doesn't send the right signals to the ovaries, causing missed periods. The goal is to see if the drug can help the body make hormones needed for ovulation and improve bone health. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor safety and hormone levels.
