Summary
This study tests a mobile health program that uses video calls to help homebound older adults manage their own care. About 130 people aged 60 and older who cannot leave home often will receive six bi-weekly sessions with a nurse via WhatsApp. The goal is to see if this approach improves their confidence, daily living skills, and quality of life compared to standard care.
