Summary
This study tests a mobile health (mHealth) program designed to improve quality of life for 210 colorectal cancer survivors who have finished active treatment. Participants will use the program daily and have bi-weekly calls with a healthcare provider for 3 months. The goal is to see if this approach reduces distress, anxiety, fatigue, and bowel problems compared to usual care.
