Summary
This study tests whether a mobile health tool used by community health workers can improve follow-up care for women after cesarean sections in rural Rwanda. About 1,350 women who had a c-section at Kirehe District Hospital will be randomly assigned to either home visits using the tool or standard clinic follow-up. The goal is to see if the tool helps catch complications like wound infections earlier and reduces delays in treatment.
