App delivers daily parenting tips to boost child resilience

Summary

This study tested whether a smartphone app that sends daily parenting tips can help parents interact more positively with their children. Twenty-four parents in home visiting programs used the app for four weeks, receiving tips for two of those weeks. The goal was to see if the tips increased positive parenting activities and time spent with children, aiming to build resilience in kids at risk.
