New cancer drug enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This is an early-stage clinical trial testing a new drug called MHB042C in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug shows any signs of helping to control the cancer. The study will enroll about 200 participants to monitor for side effects and measure how the drug behaves in the body and affects tumors.
