New hope drug enters human testing for tough cancers

Summary
This is the first time a new drug called MHB042C is being tested in people. The study aims to find a safe dose and see if it can help control advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. It will involve about 200 adult patients whose cancer has progressed despite available therapies.
