Summary
This study tested whether injecting a patient's own processed fat tissue into the knee can reduce pain and improve function better than a standard steroid shot. 40 adults with moderate knee osteoarthritis took part. The goal was to see if this natural treatment offers longer-lasting relief without surgery.
