Summary
This phase 2 trial tests whether a combination of two chemotherapy drugs, cyclophosphamide and etoposide, can control advanced head and neck cancer in adults who have already tried standard treatment. 120 participants will receive either the drug combo or methotrexate for 6 months. Researchers will track tumor size, symptoms, and side effects to see if this approach is effective and safe.
