Summary
This study tests if a medicine called methylene blue can improve blood flow in patients with septic shock, a severe infection that causes dangerously low blood pressure. The trial will include 50 adults who are not getting better with standard fluids and medications. The main goal is to see if the study plan works well enough to run a larger trial later.
