First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding low-dose methotrexate to standard anti-TNF drugs could improve and prolong skin clearing in adults with moderate to severe psoriasis. About 78 participants were planned, but the trial was stopped early. The goal was to see if the combination reduced the chance of losing treatment response over two years.
