NCT ID NCT06532370

First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests a program that gives rewards (like gift cards) to people who stop using methamphetamine after a serious injury. About 40 adults who were hospitalized at a trauma center in Hawaii and tested positive for meth will join. They will visit a clinic up to three times a week for urine tests, complete surveys at 6 and 12 weeks, and share their experience in an interview. The goal is to see if this approach helps reduce drug use and improve health and daily life.
