Nursing students train in the metaverse to prevent bedsores

Summary
This study looks at whether a fun, virtual reality training program can help nursing students learn more about preventing and managing bedsores (pressure ulcers). About 60 second-year nursing students will take part. Half will get the usual classroom lessons, and the other half will also use a gamified metaverse program. Researchers will check their knowledge and confidence right after training and again one month later.
