Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called metarrestin in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if it can shrink tumors or stop them from growing further. Adults with certain cancers and children aged 12-17 with solid tumors may join if standard treatments have failed.
