First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests a special training program called Mio-Training for children and teens with ADHD. The training combines thinking exercises and physical coordination tasks to improve metacognition — the ability to think about one's own thinking. Researchers will enroll 40 participants aged 8 to 16 to see if the program helps reduce cognitive and physical problems linked to ADHD. The goal is to provide a new, drug-free option to support long-term development.
