This study tests a special training program called Mio-Training for children and teens with ADHD. The training combines thinking exercises with physical coordination tasks to improve metacognition (awareness of one's own thinking) and executive functions like planning and focus. Researchers will enroll 40 participants aged 8-16 to see if the training helps reduce cognitive and physical problems linked to ADHD.
