First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at how people's awareness of their own memory abilities changes after a brain injury. Researchers will follow about 100 people, including those with brain or spinal cord injuries and healthy volunteers, to see if better self-awareness leads to more active participation in rehabilitation. The goal is to understand recovery patterns, not to test a new treatment.
