Summary
This study examined blood samples from 66 women to find chemical differences between those with fibromyalgia, those with both fibromyalgia and possible muscle loss (sarcopenia), and healthy women. The goal was to identify biomarkers that could help doctors better understand and diagnose these conditions. No treatment was given; the study was purely observational.
