Summary
This study compares two common anesthesia drugs, sevoflurane and desflurane, to see how they affect the body's metabolism during gallbladder removal surgery. Researchers will measure changes in amino acids and other metabolic markers in 80 adults aged 18-65. The goal is to understand which drug causes fewer metabolic disturbances, helping doctors choose safer anesthesia in the future.
