Summary

This study tested two non-drug treatments for long-lasting low back pain: muscle energy techniques (gentle muscle stretches) and Pilates exercises. 72 adults aged 20-50 with pain lasting at least 2-3 months did 60-minute sessions four times a week for six weeks.
