First seen Mar 13, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looked at different doses of mesotherapy—a treatment where tiny amounts of medicine are injected into the skin—for people with long-term neck pain. 80 adults with neck pain lasting at least 3 months were split into four groups: dry needling, saltwater injections, full-dose pain medication, or half-dose medication. The goal was to find which approach works best for reducing pain and improving daily life.
