Summary
This study tested different doses of mesotherapy—tiny skin injections—for people with long-term neck pain. 80 adults received either a full-dose, half-dose, saltwater, or dry needling treatment once a week for three weeks. The goal was to find which approach best reduces pain and improves daily activities, with follow-ups at one and three months.
