Summary
This study tests a program called MENU that helps families of young children (ages 2-5) who are waiting for an autism diagnosis. The program gives caregivers flexible tools to improve their own mental health, boost their child's communication, and manage challenging behaviors. About 60 underserved families in Texas will participate over 12 weeks, with support like iPads and data plans to make it easier to join.
