Knee surgery jitters? former patients coach new ones through recovery
NCT ID NCT05217420
Summary
This study is testing a coaching program called 'Moving Well' to see if it helps people feel less anxious and depressed before and after total knee replacement surgery. People scheduled for the surgery will work with a coach who has already had the procedure themselves. The main goal is to see if this support improves mental health and recovery outcomes.
