NCT ID NCT06335784

First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tests two techniques to help people with insomnia: mental imagery rescripting (turning negative thoughts into positive ones) and using a specific scent during sleep to strengthen those positive thoughts. 120 adults with insomnia will be split into four groups to compare these methods against basic sleep advice. The goal is to see if these approaches can reduce insomnia severity and improve sleep quality.
