First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tests whether a technique called Imagery Rescripting (turning negative thoughts into positive ones) combined with a scent-based memory booster can help people with insomnia sleep better. 120 adults aged 18-45 with insomnia will be split into four groups to compare these approaches against standard sleep advice.
